4 1/2 | lb | Shoulder roast |
1 | Bell pepper | |
3 | Onions | |
4 | c | Cooked rice |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
2 | bn | Green onions-chopped |
1 | c | Parsley-chopped |
Boil first six ingredients until tender: grind and mash then add rice, salt and pepper, green onions and parsley. Stuff in pork casings.
