1 Egg
1pkOf skinless chicken breasts
8ozPackage of shredded mozarella cheese
1 Jar of Ragu Old WOrld style spaghetti sauce

spaghetti noodles some flour or Bisquick or cornflake crumbs with parmesan cheese, garlic, or whatever you happen to have

(This is a ridiculously free-form recipe)

Whip egg lightly in bowl. Dip Chicken pieces in egg then roll in cornflake crumb mixture.Fry them to a golden brown, but they need to be done 'cause they aren't really going to cook any more. Arrange chicken pieces in oven pan, cover with mozarella cheeseand bake in a 300 (how do you make this damn thing do a degree sign?)degree oven till the cheese STARTS to turn Brown on top. Serve over Spaghetti noodles. Looks like an abomination but tastes great.
