Title: Herb-Rubbed Turkey

2 | tb | Sage, rubbed |

2 | ts | Pepper; to 3 teaspoons |
2 | ts | Curry powder |
2 | ts | Garlic powder |
2 | ts | Celery seed |
2 | ts | Parsley flakes |
1 | ts | Paprika |
1/2 | ts | Mustard, ground |
1/4 | ts | Allspice |
3 | x | Bay leaves; crumbled |
Turkey, 14-16 lbs. |
In a small bowl, combine all seasonings; mix well. Rub half the seasoning mixture in the cavity of the trukey. Rub remaining mixture over the turkey skin. Tie the drumsticks together and place turkey in a roasting pan. Roast using your favorite cooking method until a meat themometer reads 185 degrees.
