Title: Scalloped Brains

2 | Sets calf's brains; prepped | |
1/4 | c | Onion; chopped |
4 | tb | Butter |
1 1/2 | c | Medium white sauce |
1/2 | c | Cracker crumbs |
After preparing brains, cut into slices and saut‚ with onion in 2 tbs butter until lightly browned. Combine with the white sauce and pour into shallow 6-cup baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with 2 tbs butter. Bake in a moderate 350 F oven until bubbly hot.
