3 | lb | Chicken, cut up |
1 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1 | c | White wine |
1/2 | c | Butter |
1/2 | c | Water |
8 | c | Sliced peaches |
1 | c | Chopped walnuts |
Roll chicken in flour; place in baking dish. Melt together wine, butter, and water; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add peaches and walnuts. Bake another 1/2 hour to finish.
