Title: Salsa Verde (Kathy Pitts)

Yield: 4 Servings

6 To 8 Tomatillos
  Chicken broth or bullion
1tbCilantro
  Salt
1 Serrano pepper

Cover the tomatillos with chicken broth and simmer until soft. Process tomatillos and serrano in food processor until smooth. Add salt and cilantro. Reheat before serving.
