1 1/2 | c | Corn |
1/4 | c | Green bell pepper, diced |
1/4 | c | Mild red pepper, diced |
3 | tb | Oil |
3 | Shallots, chopped | |
Salt & pepper |
Heat the oil & fry the peppers with the shallots for 3 minutes or so. Add the corn, salt & pepper. Cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes at low heat & serve.
