2tsCardamom seeds; measure after removing pods
1tsBlack cummin seeds
1tsWhole black peppercorns
2 Inch cinnamon stick
1/2tsWhole cloves
1/4 Whole nutmeg; grated

Roast spices separately and grind to a fine powder. Add nutmeg. Store airtight.
