Title: B&b Salsa

6 | Roma tomatoes, peeled,seeded | |
And diced | ||
2 | c | Chopped cilantro |
1 1/2 | c | Jalapeno peppers, seeded |
1 2/3 | c | Diced onions |
1 | ts | Salt |
3 | cl | Garlic, chopped |
2 | ts | Sesame oil |
29 | oz | Tomatoes sauce |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
2 | ts | Sugar |
29 | oz | Water |
1 | tb | Oyster sauce |
Put oil and garlic in a saucepan and saute. Put tomatoes, peppers, onions and cilantro in another pot, cook 3 minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
