3 | qt | Celery; chopped |
3 | c | Vinegar |
1 | c | Water |
4 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Salt |
1 | tb | Dry mustard |
1 | ts | Turmeric |
Cut celery stems into 1 inch lengths. Cook in salt water until tender but not soft. Drain. Combine vinegar, sugar, water, and spices. Bring to a boil. Add celery and bring to boiling point. Pack in jarsand seal.
