Title: Spicy Cabbage Relish

Yield: 4 Cups
4 | ts | Butter or margerine |
2 | c | Finely shredded cabbage |
1 | md | Green pepper, chopped |
1 | sm | Onion, chopped |
2 | md | Tomatoes, chopped |
2 | tb | Wine vinegar |
2 | ts | Prepared mustard |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Hot tabasco sauce |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
Place butter or margerine in glass 2 quart casserole. Place in micro and cook on high until melted - about 45 seconds. Add remaining ingredients to butter and mix well. Cover and microwave on high 7-9 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes. Serve hot over hot dogs, with polish ring or your favourite sausage. Refrigerate leftovers and use hot or cold.
If cooking sausage, remember to price and let steam escape.
