Title: Cranberry-Orange Relish Jewels

Yield: 3 C - 48 sev

1 Orange, unpeeled, cubed
1/4tsAllspice; ground
3cCranberries, fresh canned frozen
  Artificial sweetener to taste

Position knife blade in food processor bowl, add cubed unpeeled orange. Process 15 seconds or until orange is coarsely chopped. ( Or use a sharp knife.) Combine chopped orange, allspice, and cranberries in a large saucepan; simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for 12 minutes or until cranberry skins pop and mixture thickens. Remove heat and let cool. Add sweeter (substitution) to taste. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator up to 1 week. Serve with poultry.
