Title: Beet Relish (Natural)

Yield: 1 Quart
2 | c | Beets, cooked and diced |
2 | c | Mungbean sprouts |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
1 | tb | Raw honey |
1 | ts | Sea salt |
1/2 | c | Apple cider vinegar |
Mix in large bowl. Stir in vinegar and a squeeze of lemon. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of days.
