12 | Graham wafers crushed | |
4 | ts | Margarine, melted |
1 | pk | Diet caramel instant pudding |
Skim milk | ||
1 | c | Canned pumpkin |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Cloves |
1/2 | ts | Nutmeg |
1/2 | ts | Ginger |
Mix crushed wafers and margarine together in pie plate and press out to form crust. Mix pudding as directed on box with the appropriate amount of skim milk. Then mix in spices and pumpkin. Spread over crumbs. Let set a bit before serving.

I made this and it was quite tasty. To cut down on the fat more I just sprinkled some graham crumbs in some dessert cups and poured the filling mix in those, them sprinked a few more crumbs on top. I used much less crumbs this way also.
