Title: Hot Water Crust

Yield: 1 Recipe

1 1/2cFlour
1/4cBoiling water
1/2cOf cooking oil or fat
1/2tsSalt

Pour the water into the oil and stir well. To this add the flour and salt, which makes a soft rich dough. Use plenty of flour on the rolling board and pin and do not roll too thin. This makes crust for two pies.
