Title: Grilled Chicken Ribbons

1/4 | Olive oil | |
2 | tb | Lemon or lime juice |
3 | cl | Garlic; minced |
1 | ts | Honey |
3/4 | ts | Dried thyme; crushed |
1 | ts | Red pepper flakes |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
4 | Chicken breast halves; | |
. boneless & skinless |
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well. Cut chicken lengthwise into strips about 1 inch wide. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers; brush generously with sauce mixture. Grill chicken over hot coals, covered, 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through, basting with sauce once or twice. Discard remaining sauce.
