Title: Sue Rosenberg's Salmon Loaf

1 | cn | Salmon (14.5 oz.) |
1/2 | c | Celery finely chopped |
2 | tb | Minced onion |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | c | Fine crackers or breadcrumbs |
1/4 | c | Green pepper finely chopped |
1 | c | Evaporated milk |
1 | Egg |
Mix gently. Turn into a well greased pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 F.
