Title: Carillon Moak's Cranberry Relish

4 | c | Cranberries |
2 | c | Sugar |
1 | Orange |
Run cranberries and orange (skin included) through a coarse grinder. Mix in sugar. Let set at least two days, preferably three or four before serving. Keep refrigerated. Four cups of cranberries are about 12 ounces.
