Title: Cheese Apple Salad

1	ts	Lemon juice
2		Medium tart apples
1/2	c	Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3	c	Halved red grapes
3/4	c	Sour cream
1/2	c	Shredded Swiss cheese
1/2	c	Chopped celery
1/4	c	Chopped walnuts

Blend lemon juice and sour cream--set aside. Slice unpared apples, sprinkle with additional lemon juice. Combine apples with remaining ingredients and toss. Just before serving, fold in sour cream. Serve on salad greens.
