Title: Easy Dill Bread

1 | Package of dry yeast | |
1/4 | c | Warm water |
1 | tb | Dried minced onion |
1 | tb | Butter |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | Egg | |
1 | c | Cottage cheese, heated to |
Lukewarn | ||
2 | tb | Sugar |
2 | ts | Dill seed |
1/4 | ts | Soda |
2 1/2 | c | Flour |
Soften yeast in water and set aside. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients except flour. Stir down dough and turn into a well-greased loaf pan. Let rise until doubled. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350F. Remove from pan immediately and brush with butter.
