1 | pt | Vanilla Ice Cream |
1/2 | c | Crushed malted milk balls |
2 | tb | Milk, divided |
1 | 9-inch graham cracker crust | |
3 | tb | Malted milk powder |
3 | tb | Marshmallow creme |
1 | c | Whipping cream |
In a mixing bowl, combine ice cream, crushed malted milk balls and 1 tablespoon milk; blend with an electric mixer. Spread filling in pie crust; then place in freezer.
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining 1 tablespoon milk, malted milk powder and marshmallow creme; blend with an electric mixer. Add whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form. Spread evenly over filling. Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
