1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | Medium onion, chopped | |
1 | cn | (10 3/4 oz.) condensed |
Tomato soup | ||
1 | Soup can water | |
4 | tb | Rice |
4 | c | Chopped cabbage |
Combine ground beef and onion in a skillet; cook until browned. Add tomato soup and water; bring to a boil. Add rice and mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Place cabbage in a large baking dish. Spread meat mixture evenly over cabbage.
Bake, covered, at 350F. for 1 hour.
