Title: Rocky Mountain Oysters (Nuts To You!)

2 | Pair of cojones, lamb, beef or other well hung animal | |
2 | Eggs | |
Cracker crumbs or corn meal | ||
Salt and pepper |
You'll want to take these off a real dead critter.
If you have slaughtered the animal, cut off the scrotum and remove everything, including the thin membrane covering the testicles. Wash completely. Cut off both ends. Slice into bite-sized pieces. Roll each in your favorite batter or egg and then cracker crumbs or meal. Fry in medium deep fat until golden brown.
