Title: Smoked Mullet Spread

2 | Or | 3 fillets smoked mullet |
1 | /2 c | Chopped onion |
1 | /2 c | Chopped green pepper |
1 | /2 c | Chopped celery |
2 p | k Cream cheese (8-ounce) | |
1 | /4 c | To 1/2 c real mayonnaise |
Hor | seradish to taste | |
Pap | rika |
Peel fish from skin and break into small pieces. Set aside. Add all ingredients to cream cheese and mix together to a smooth consistency. Add smoked mullet. Form into a ball and sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate before using
Serves about 6.
