2 | c | Apricot nectar |
2 | sm | Boxes of orange Jello |
8 | oz | Cream cheese, softened |
1 | c | Crushed pineapple |
1 | c | Chopped nuts |
1 | cn | Orange segments, drained |
1 | c | Coconut |
1 | c | Miniature marshmallows |
Use a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass container. Heat apricot nectar and mix with
Jello powder. Chill slightly. Add 1/2 cup nuts, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1 can
orange segments, coconut and marshmallows. Let set until firm. Cream
cheese and remaining pineapple and nuts and spread over Jello. Randy Rigg
