Title: Italian Herb Salad Dressing

3/4 | c | Olive oil |
1/2 | c | Red wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese |
1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Dried oregano pinch pepper |
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate. Shake well again before serving over greens.
