Title: No-Fat Italian Dressing (Lf)

Yield: 1 Servings
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
1/4 | c | Cider vinegar |
1/4 | c | Apple juice; unsweetened |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | Onion powder |
1 | Garlic clove; cut in half | |
1/2 | ts | Paprika |
1/4 | ts | Basil |
1/8 | ts | Thyme |
1/8 | ts | Rosemary |
Combine all ingredients. Chill for an hour or two at least to allow herbs to blend. Remove garlic clove pieces before serving. Makes 12 tablespoons. :
