Title: Wilted Lettuce Salad

6 | sl | Bacon; diced |
1 | Lettuce head | |
1 | Tomato; diced | |
1/2 | c | Green onions; sliced |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
Fry bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings. Tear lettuce into salad bowl; add tomato, onion, and seasonings. Combine vinegar and reserved bacon drippings; bring to a boil, and pour over salad. Toss gently. Crumble bacon over top.
