Title: Refreshing Pea Salad

17 | oz | Peas, green |
2 | tb | Pepper, green; chopped |
1 | ts | Pimiento; chopped |
2 | tb | Celery; chopped |
2 | tb | Cheese, sharp Cheddar; diced |
1 | tb | Onion; chopped |
1 | tb | Pickle relish |
1 | Egg; hard-cooked, diced | |
1 1/2 | tb | Mayonnaise |
Drain peas and set aside. Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Add peas, egg, and mayonnaise and toss gently. Chill thoroughly.
