Title: Powter Cabbage Salad with Ramen

1 | pk | Oriental flavor ramen noodle soup (low fat) |
1/2 | md | Cabbage, shredded |
4 | Scallions, cut into small circles | |
DRESSING | ||
1/4 | c | Apple juice |
1 | tb | Soy sauce |
2 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Minced ginger |
1 1/2 | tb | Rice vinegar |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
GARNISH | ||
2 | tb | Grated carrot |
Prepare Ramen noodles according to package directions, then let cool. Combine cabbage and scallions. Add dressing and toss to mix. Add cooled noodle mixture and toss again. Garnish with grated carrots.
