1 | sm | Loaf French or sourdough bread, with crust removed and cut i |
1 | ts | Each dried parsley, oregano basil, garlic powder, onion powd |
1/2 | ts | Celery salt |
1 | ts | Mrs. Dash |
| | Olive oil spray |
Preheat oven 375. Combine dry spices in a plastic bag large enough to hold
the croutons. Spray croutons very lightly with olive oil spray and toss in
spice mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake until chewy crisp, about 30
minutes. Store in plastic bag in freezer or refrigerator. Per 1oz serving:
