1cTamari or lite soy sauce
4tbRice vinegar
1/4cLime juice
8clGarlic
2tbFresh grated ginger or 1tdry
1 1/2tbSpike seasoning
1 1/2tbDark sesame oil
1/4tsChili oil

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until garlic is chopped fine.
