3tbCider Vinegar
3tbHoney
6tbMayonnaise
1tbDijon Mustard
1tbOnion; finely minced
1 1/2tbFresh Parsley; chopped
1pnSalt
3/4cVegetable Oil

Heat vinegar and honey in a heavy small saucepan over low heat, stirring until honey dissolves. Pour into bowl and cool. Whisk in mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and salt. Gradually whisk in oil.
