3 | tb | Cider Vinegar |
3 | tb | Honey |
6 | tb | Mayonnaise |
1 | tb | Dijon Mustard |
1 | tb | Onion; finely minced |
1 1/2 | tb | Fresh Parsley; chopped |
1 | pn | Salt |
3/4 | c | Vegetable Oil |
Heat vinegar and honey in a heavy small saucepan over low heat, stirring until honey dissolves. Pour into bowl and cool. Whisk in mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and salt. Gradually whisk in oil.
