3lbPotatoes, cooked and diced
48ozJar dill pickles, chopped
  And drained
1cnKidney beans, drained
6 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2cnBeets, drained and diced
  Plain yogurt or sour cream
  Mayonnaise
  Salt to taste

Combine all vegetables; refrigerate. Take portions as needed and mix with equal portions of yogurt and mayonnaise. Makes 6 pounds.
