2 tb Vinegar

1/8 ts Salt

3 dr Tobasco sauce

2/3 c Mayonnaise

1/2 c Blue cheese, crumbled

1/3 c Cottage cheese

In small bowl, blend vinegar, salt, and Tobasco sauce; blend in Mayonnaise and beat until smooth.

Stir in blue cheese and cottage cheese. 1 1/3 cups
