1lbMedium shrimp, cooked,
  Peeled and deveined
1 1/2cCherry tomatoes cut in half
2 Stalks celery, sliced (about
  One cup)
1smOnion, thinly sliced (about
  1/4 cup)
1 Avocado, peeled, seeded and
  Sliced
3/4cExtra mild picante sauce
  Lettuce leaves

Toss shrimp, tomatoes, celery, onion, avocado and picante sauce until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve on lettuce. Serve with additional picante sauce. Serves 4.
