1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Paprika |
1/8 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
1/4 | lb | Butter, melted |
Heat blender container with hot water. Bring butter almost to boiling in
pyrex container in microwave. Put egg yolks in warm blender container and
blend at low speed for a few seconds. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Then
pour butter slowly into running blender - about 10 seconds pour time.
Finish for a few seconds at high speed. Pour finished sauce into hot pyrex
measure cup.
