Title: Kathy's Terriyaki Sauce

Yield: 48 Ounces
48 | oz | Soy sauce |
3 | Glugs white wine (apx 1/2 c) | |
1 1/2 | c | Packed brown sugar |
2 | Swishes garlic powder (apx | |
2 tsp) | ||
3 | tb | Fresh grated ginger |
Mix together. Boil for 5 minutes. At this point you can cool and bottle.
For great chicken wings, Add wings, boil for 5 - 10 minutes, until cooked remove them to a baking pan or serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Can serve immediately or make wings ahead and rewarm.
This sauce keeps well in the frig for several weeks. Will freeze and can be reused or stored for later. Source: Kathy Hansen
