Title: Mock Condensed Tomato Soup

Yield: 1 Servings
1 | tb | All-purpose flour |
Cold water | ||
1 | c | Tomato juice, low sodium |
Make a smooth paste of 1 T flour and a little water. Add tomato juice slowly and mix well. Cook until thickened.
You may season with any, or combination, of the following herbs & spices to taste (no salt): basil, bay leaf, garlic, marjoram, oregano, parsley, rosemary and thyme, some or all of which can be found in most commercial condensed tomato soup .
Makes 1 cup.
