Title: Fluffy Horseradish Sauce

Yield: 1 Batch

1/2	c	Commercial sour cream
2	tb	Prepared drained horseradish
1	tb	Lemon juice
1	tb	Honey
2	ts	Chopped chives, or
		Mild onion

Combine ingredients. Blend well and refrigerate in covered container for 3 to 4 hours to blend the flavors.

Serve this with grilled steaks, hamburgers or roast beef.
