1	c	Raisins
1/2	c	Water
1	c	Tupelo honey
1	ts	Lemon juice

Cook raisins in water very slowly until raisins are soft, but not muchy. Add honey and lemon juice and serve over hot meal as a delicious nutrition-boosting sauce.
