12 | oz | Mexican sour cream |
3 | oz | Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce |
Whip in blender until smooth and pink. Refrigerate.
Author's Note: "This is almost too easy to be this good. Don't feel guilty, though; just because I don't have any secrets doesn't mean that you can't have a few. Don't tell them how easy it is. Just offer to make them some next time you're going to all the trouble anyway.
