1/4 | c | Tamari or low sod soy sauce |
1/2 | c | Chili sauce |
1/2 | c | Ketchup |
1/2 | c | Plum jam |
1/2 | c | Apricot or apricot-pineapple preserves |
1 | c | Finely chopped onion |
1/4 | c | Dried minced onion |
6 | cl | Garlic, minced |
1 | ts | Nature's Seasoning, if unavailable use 1/2t each celery, sal |
1 | tb | Mrs Dash onion/herb mix |
1 | tb | Mrs Dash garlic/herb mix |
1 | ts | Spike |
Combine all ingredients in a deep saucepan and simmer 1 hour. If you want it hotter, add 1t of dried red chili peppers.
