2 oz ground dried Cayenne or other hot chile (original: 1 oz) 1 oz ground dried Pasilla or other mild chile 4 oz ground dried red NuMex chiles (original: 5 oz) 3 oz garlic powder (original: 2 oz) 2 oz ground cumin (original: 1.5 oz) 1.5 oz ground dried oregano .5 oz ground black pepper (optional, added by MLoo) 1 oz salt (optional, added by MLoo) .2 oz MSG (optional, added by MLoo)
Mix well and store covered and refrigerated. May be multiplied or divided.
