Title: No Salt Seasoned Salt Mix with Recipe

1/2tsGarlic powder
1/4tsThyme leaves
1/4tsOnion powder
1/4tsPaprika
1/8tsCelery seed
1/4tsWhite pepper
1/4tsDry mustard
1/4tsDried lemon peel
1/4tsGround black pepper EALTHY HEART CHICKEN:
2tbOlive oil
2 Boned, skinned chicken breasts
1tsNo salt mix
2tbLemon juice
2tbSnipped parsley Cooked Rice or pasta

SEASONED SALT:

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

HEALTHY HEART CHICKEN:

Cut chicken breasts in half. Season and saute in oil over medium high heat about 4 minutes per side. Stir in th elemon jiuce, scraping up any brown bits. Add parsley and serve over rice or pasta.
