1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/4 | ts | Thyme leaves |
1/4 | ts | Onion powder |
1/4 | ts | Paprika |
1/8 | ts | Celery seed |
1/4 | ts | White pepper |
1/4 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/4 | ts | Dried lemon peel |
1/4 | ts | Ground black pepper EALTHY HEART CHICKEN: |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
2 | Boned, skinned chicken breasts | |
1 | ts | No salt mix |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
2 | tb | Snipped parsley Cooked Rice or pasta |
SEASONED SALT:
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
HEALTHY HEART CHICKEN:
Cut chicken breasts in half. Season and saute in oil over medium high heat about 4 minutes per side. Stir in th elemon jiuce, scraping up any brown bits. Add parsley and serve over rice or pasta.
