Of mild and hot) | ||
1 | tb | Cumin seeds |
2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Ground cloves |
1 | ts | Ground coriander |
In a blender, whirl the chile peppers and cumin seeds to a powder. Mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
