1 1/2 | c | Cornmeal |
1 | ts | Nature's seasonings |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |

1 | tb | Chopped Italian parsley |
Combine cornmeal with 1 1/2c water and seasonings. Gradually add mixture to 3c rapidly boiling water, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes. It will be heavy and sticky. Turn heat to very low and cook 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Chill thoroughly. Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Fry in a nonstick pan sprayed lightly with oil, until browned on both sides.
