Title: Marie's Marinated Tomatoes

1/4 | c | Olive oil |
1/4 | c | Canola oil |
3 | tb | Balsamic vinegar |
1 | ts | Vegetarian Worcestershire - sauce |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | pn | Black pepper |
1 | tb | Sweetener |
2 | Garlic cloves, minced | |
2 | ts | Basil, chopped |
1 | pn | Thyme |
4 | Tomatoes, thinly sliced |
Whisk together all the ingredients, except the sliced tomatoes, in a small bowl. Place the tomatoes in a container. Pour the marinade over the tomatoes. Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
