Title: Baked Parmesan Cottage Potatoes

3 | md | Potatoes; thinly sliced |
1 | sm | Onion; thinly sliced and separated into rings |
1/8 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/4 | c | Parmesan cheese; grated |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
In a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan arrange potatoes and onion in a thin layer. Melt margarine*; drizzle over potatoes. Combine garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake in a 450F oven about 25 minutes or until brown.
*3 tablespoons margarine or butter
