Title: Cheesy Cheddar Potatoes

24 | oz | Frozen hash browns with peppers and onions |
8 | oz | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
3/4 | c | Miracle Whip |
1/2 | c | Parmesan; grated |
Heat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients, breaking up potatoes with spoon if necessary. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Variation: Omit parmesan cheese. Stir in 2 cups chopped cooked ham. Source: Kraft
