24ozFrozen hash browns with peppers and onions
8ozCheddar cheese; shredded
3/4cMiracle Whip
1/2cParmesan; grated

Heat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients, breaking up potatoes with spoon if necessary. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown. Variation: Omit parmesan cheese. Stir in 2 cups chopped cooked ham. Source: Kraft
